When we explore a property for development, we start by evaluating what people want in a home with heart. We talk to the community and experts across our team and industry, listening to their views and sharing our thinking. We seek out ways to meet the needs of our customers whose interests, lifestyles, and aspirations are ever-evolving. We evaluate what we have learned from previous projects, understand the architectural and environmental vernacular of the current opportunity, and then get started with some boutique thinking.

We take a boutique approach to all of our developments, we don’t do ‘same old, same old’. Every project starts with the team thinking ‘how can we make this project better than the last?’ We think about timeless quality, new technologies and materials, and what is special about every location and what makes it unique. We strive to create a sense of place – something truly individual that embraces the local environment and community, and adds value that takes it forward into the future.

We think it’s essential that every Montreaux development can stand the test of time. Yet, life and technology change at an ever-increasing pace. In order to build with future generations in mind, we look forward as far as possible to ensure we incorporate ‘what’s next’ into our designs. This culture of ‘forward thinking’ embraces everything from charging points, heating & electrical systems, build materials, appliances, and interior finishes to our policies on the environment, sustainability, and ‘carbon zero’.
